Most likely causes: wrong version of FSMP installed, the game or modding tools installed under Program Files, or antivirus interfering. But there is one serious problem that needs to be overcome first: NMM. No matter what I've tried, I can't for the life of me get "Faster HDT-SMP" to work properly.
